My only complaint with Naylor & his office is that they can’t be my primary dentist. They are the light that shines on the absolute horror that is dentistry lolol. I greatly appreciate how personable & kind each & every person was. They shouldn’t be confined to googles 5 stars, give them 100.🫶
I went in for a loose papilla a few years ago and got talked into getting extra work done for my slightly receding gums, on the left upper side of my mouth because they said insurance wouldn't cover most of the cost for only the loose papilla. Which is all I wanted fixed. But I ended up getting the deep gum cleaning also, so that insurance would cover most of the cost. Just know that this office is Out Of Network for ALL Insurances!! ALL and they Don't care if you are Out Of Network, They Charge You A Hugh Balance! Knowing you will be Surprised!
Dr. Naylor is the best! He took time to explain things before my procedure and answered any questions that I had which helped make me feel completely comfortable. Him & Monica were super friendly and easy to talk to. They made me feel at ease during the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — I highly recommend Dr. Naylor if you need a periodontist!
Dr Naylor and Monica were wonderful during my procedure! They have the best bed side manners and made sure I was good through the entire appointment. They both have great instructions for after care. I would recommend this place to anyone!
