Breaking My Lease @ Naya by Greystar Cost Me $10,000! Just had to share my lease break nightmare at Naya - West El Camino Real in Sunnyvale, CA—future tenants, BEWARE! I had to pay a lease buyout fee of $6,512 upfront, the FULL bill for breaking my lease and moving out was a jaw-dropping $10,000 when all was said and done. This is for a 1 Bed 1 Bath similar charges for a 2 Bed 2 Bath could be $15,000 How did I miss the lease break clause? I went to ramen bar night yesterday and it was great!! There were fresh noodles and a good selection of toppings. The staff was nice as always.
