Really enjoy the monthly (bi-weekly) events the apartment complex throws! Jon and his team put in a lot of effort to create a friendly and fun community, and I especially like having chats with Jon to catch up with each other. I would strongly encourage prospective residents to carefully consider unit location before signing a lease, as sound insulation appears to vary significantly throughout the building. In our experience, the noise transfer between units has been a serious issue. I moved into the apartment a few weeks ago and the staff has been great in addressing all my concerns pre and post moving. I had an issue with my refrigerator producing a very high-pitched sound. The team was helpful in sorting that out quickly. They first replaced it with a spare fridge and when that did not work, they ended up getting me a new refrigerator. Lost a $100+ package in first month. Management refused to track my package location using the cam in the delivery room, stating it is hard to locate it because too many people. They just did not care enough. Regarding repair requests, none of them happened on the next day - slow and random day the repair gentleman will show up.
