I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I recently moved in, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Everything was handled within 24 hours, making the move-in experience quick and stress-free. The apartment was fresh, clean, and move-in ready, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. Really enjoy the monthly (bi-weekly) events the apartment complex throws! Jon and his team put in a lot of effort to create a friendly and fun community, and I especially like having chats with Jon to catch up with each other. I would strongly encourage prospective residents to carefully consider unit location before signing a lease, as sound insulation appears to vary significantly throughout the building. In our experience, the noise transfer between units has been a serious issue.
