I moved into the apartment a few weeks ago and the staff has been great in addressing all my concerns pre and post moving. I had an issue with my refrigerator producing a very high-pitched sound. The team was helpful in sorting that out quickly. They first replaced it with a spare fridge and when that did not work, they ended up getting me a new refrigerator. Lost a $100+ package in first month. Management refused to track my package location using the cam in the delivery room, stating it is hard to locate it because too many people. They just did not care enough. Regarding repair requests, none of them happened on the next day - slow and random day the repair gentleman will show up. Searching for a great place to live can be a headache, but the team at Naya makes it easy. I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the leasing office, especially the manager, Jon, for making this such a wonderful community. The management here truly cares about the residents. We lived at Naya for 2 years. It’s a lovely neighborhood with well maintained facilities. The repair is always fast. Manager Jon is very friendly, professional, and responsive. There were some down times like garage door remote control issue twice, and I lost one package after traveling away for a week. It’s almost impossible to have a problem-free living experience in any neighborhood, but what makes the real difference is how those problems are handled.
