Dr Nawaz is exceptionally wonderful!! You can feel he and staff care dearly for their patients. I highly recommend!!!
Doctors are awesome and everyone else too. Receptionists on the other hand, poor communication and quick to hang up before confirming appointment or even a chance to ask another question related to the appointment. Horrible communication and no help at all.
I love Terri she helped my gma and uncle til they passed, I started going and the medical assistant isn’t very good at getting my prescriptions in a timely manner. I always have trouble with her getting the faxes from the pharmacy I’ve even changed pharmacies,wasn’t the pharmacy’s problem. They are not controlled drugs either🙄I’m really reconsidering my dr. Just because of the staff….
Great Staff but too difficult to get a live person on the phone to get a simple question answered in a timely manner. One must listen to repeated warnings about not coming to office if you have a high temperature - ridiculous!
