Good luck getting an appointment! I've been trying for 3 weeks! Week 1, they gathered a bunch of information from me over the phone and said they will call me back in 4 days to schedule the appointment. After 7 days of no call back, I called them to see what was going on. FOLLOW UP: This office is PATHETIC. They NEVER answer the phone, and after my office visit we planned to start an authorization application to my insurance for surgery.
