Bailey sent us our move out instructions. Cover hole and PAINT is the main one. We cover the holes and attempt to paint. They store all the paints in the garage. I open the can, it's completely separated. I send an email to Bailey telling her the paint is separated and I am unable to paint. She responds with "no worries." I am thinking "okay cool, they will paint." Ha jokes on me. Get our detailed statement back, we were charged for painting. I was confused. I email Bailey because I had looked at the listing for the house si... read more

I would highly recommend all prospective renters or buyers to avoid this business at all costs. I was in the process of buying a home from this company with Bailey J***** being the real estate agent. Ultimately, my loan was not approved due to reasons outside of my control which was listed as a contingency in the buyer/ seller contract. Not only did this company take my deposit Bailey J***** decided to contact my EMPLOYER to inform them my loan was not approved and get more insight on my employment. Not only does this violat... read more

To whom it may concern,***** is not and has never been a customer of our company. Despite this, he has left a misleading and malicious review against one of our agents, who was not involved in representing him as a buyer.Richy entered into a 30-day purchase contract for a home, fully aware that his employment background check and approval process with JSO would take 4-5 months to completefar beyond the contractual closing deadline. When we sought clarification (at the request of his own agent), *** itself confirmed that ther... read more

Renting from Navy to Navy has been an incredibly difficult experience from the very beginning. Here is an outline of the significant issues I have faced:1. Uninhabitable Move-In Conditions:I was assured that the property I leased was ready for move-in, which prompted me to uproot my family and move across state lines. Upon arrival, I discovered that the apartment was uninhabitable, leaving my children and me displaced. This caused immense stress, as I had to pay for a hotel, additional moving expenses, and other unexpected c... read more

Business response:

I am the Broker/Owner of Navy to Navy Homes. We are a full-service real estate and property management company with a fantastic reputation and over 400 ****** 5-Star Reviews. The complainant was a tenant of ours and this is a standard security deposit dispute following moving out of a rental property. The tenant is demanding her full security deposit back instead of being held responsible for the damages she did above normal wear and tear (in less than 4 months) including 3 holes in the ceiling. She has posted this same comp... read more
