Bailey sent us our move out instructions. Cover hole and PAINT is the main one. We cover the holes and attempt to paint. They store all the paints in the garage. I open the can, it's completely separated. I send an email to Bailey telling her the paint is separated and I am unable to paint. She responds with "no worries." I would highly recommend all prospective renters or buyers to avoid this business at all costs. I was in the process of buying a home from this company with Bailey J***** being the real estate agent. Ultimately, my loan was not approved due to reasons outside of my control which was listed as a contingency in the buyer/ seller contract.
