Bailey sent us our move out instructions. Cover hole and PAINT is the main one. We cover the holes and attempt to paint. They store all the paints in the garage. I open the can, it's completely separated. I send an email to Bailey telling her the paint is separated and I am unable to paint. She responds with "no worries." I would highly recommend all prospective renters or buyers to avoid this business at all costs. I was in the process of buying a home from this company with Bailey J***** being the real estate agent. Ultimately, my loan was not approved due to reasons outside of my control which was listed as a contingency in the buyer/ seller contract. I would not recommend Navy to Navy homes to anyone who does not keep accurate records. They were not helpful at all with the move out process. I moved out a month early still paying rent for the next month. I made it very easy for them to rent or sell to the next person. They waited until the last minute to tell me what was needed for my deposit back. After everything was in, they still refused to tell me what the dep. check would be.
