I would not recommend Navy to Navy homes to anyone who does not keep accurate records. They were not helpful at all with the move out process. I moved out a month early still paying rent for the next month. I made it very easy for them to rent or sell to the next person. They waited until the last minute to tell me what was needed for my deposit back. After everything was in, they still refused to tell me what the dep. check would be.
