Excellent Stay & Wonderful Staff (A Diva-Approved Navy Lodge!) We had a wonderful time visiting our son and his family, and the Navy Lodge made that happen! The highlights of our stay: Five-Star Housekeeping: The housekeeping staff was outstanding—truly a five-star quality experience. What a great staff to start off with. From the check in desk, breakfast handler to the housekeepers. Shalla, Jean to name a couple. I’ve stayed here twice in a 6 week period and my favorite and clean place to stay. Laundry facilities onsite, and very comfortable. Traveling from Michigan, no other hotel has compared. Surprised the rating is not higher. Thank you to the kind and caring staff.
SCAM and bogus charges. Don’t stay here. Had a trip in DTS, requested to book lodging at this location. Called to finish the reservation that was started in DTS, was told they had no room and was provided a CNA. Then was later charged for “no show” fee for a night they said had no room available. How do you charge me a “no show” fee for a night you said had no availability and gave me a CNA for it. When I called they said gave a BS run around answer with no result. Nice clean facility. Don't expect the rooms to get very cold. They must monitor the setting externally because the rooms won't cool enough. Had to sleep without a blanket to be comfortable
