Room not ready at at check-in time, no compensation offered - only excuses. Bad experience and customer service. I’ve been here multiple times, but I’ve consistently ran into the same problems. The beach is really nice, but recommend other hotels at the price point.
Nice rooms, good location, reasonably priced for the area. Front desk person who checked us in (Lourdes) was absolutely wonderful. Attentive, sweet, professional. GIVE HER A RAISE!!
Great, staff, very clean nice room. The location just minutes from the beach.
