My original reservation was for NAB. Fortunately, I was moved to NGIS NASNI. Alma contacted me and informed me of the changes. She was very happy, kind, and courteous, explaining the situation for the changes to my reservation. It was very nice that she came out of the office to greet me when I checked in.
Best Navy Gateway I been to! Has a living room and a stovetop that allows you to cook. It has a big enough fridge to store food. The AC was broken and needed to be fixed. There’s a sofa couch for visitors to use. And there are cooking supplies that is enough for your short stay.
Great room, friendly and attentive staff. But Wifi sucks...
Two stars goes to the customer service rep, Mary Lou who was extremely rude on the phone when attempting to make a reservation. The representative rushed me when asking about availability and did not return my phone call when she said she would. Management please continue training your staff to be patient and address all concerns with the customers.
The rooms were very nice and the service staff excellent. It’s very nicely situated next to the golf course, I’m not really sure why it only has three stars on Google it definitely earned more than that in my book.
