To start, I would give zero stars if possible. There was no cold water, put in a trouble ticket it was never fixed. The shower smelled musty and moldy, and anyone over 5 feet tall will hit their arms and legs on the walls, not to mention just the look of the shower was old, dirty and not taken care of. Plus the hot water was scalding hot and not able to adjust the temperature . Their were pests of all sorts, cockroaches, alive and dead, termites in the bed, ants. I'm not writing to dismiss anyone else's concerns, but I really don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. My wife and I stayed here a few nights ago while driving through the area. The entire experience - from booking to check-out - was outstanding! Sabrina at the front desk was a real sweetheart...very warm and welcoming. The room was clean and in perfect order. I honestly don't understand the 5 star reviews. If there was an option for zero stars I would have selected it. I am having a hard time understanding how service members can be forced to stay here when on orders as DTS force reserves this motel. Stains on carpets, tiny shower with nasty grout and a busted shower head, 1980s furniture and decor. I would never spend my own money to stay here. I believe service members, veterans, and anyone else who stays here deserves at least equivalent to civilian lodging off base. These roo... read more

I would give it a one if I could. I’m booked here every AT or UTA and it just gets worse and worse. I kept note. The workers are always just in the back and you have to wait for someone to come out for like 5 mins sometimes. The doors on either side just choose when they don’t work even when I get a new key card. Once one side works, It’s whatever “I’ll use that side”, it stops working and the other side is operational all of a sudden. Mandated reservation. May pay double just to stay away. I would expect to see a room like this near a campground in the remote mountains. Popcorn ceiling… asbestos concerns. Wear shower shoes. All of the basic modern accommodations I wouldn’t normally question - I’m inspecting thoroughly expecting to find mold or bugs or something grotesque based on the sheer neglect.
