No AC in the building. Room smells musty and moldy, carpets are stained. Closets have an old mildew smell as well.
The front desk people were very kind. The room had filth and dust built up around the air conditioner and on the ceiling. I have never stayed in anything that filthy
The rooms are very spacious and the kitchenette is convenient. There's a coffee maker and a small fridge, plus they have a community coffee machine in the lobby. The staff is friendly and there's plenty of parking. Also, the bldg is located just around the corner from the front gate, so its very close. The front desk will remind you upon check-in that the rooms don't have A/C, and it's never been an issue for me. The patio sliver can be opened to allow a nice breeze, which is ample.

Once was a barracks, but now a "hotel." The rooms are clean and the staff are super-friendly. Lots of parking. Rooms have a little microwave, mini fridge, decent size TV, and coffee maker. Beds are good too. It is very dated though, and amenities are sparse. Its really meant for military like myself who are on orders or official business. If you are looking for a deal because you are on vacation and you or someone youre traveling with is current/former military, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.
