Not satisfied on being turned down to finance my new jeep with them. i have been a member for over 35 years. I have a good record of paid loans and paid off home equity line of credit. I have a steady income, and have served overseas on 4 military bases. There is no other reason except qualified loan officers do not make these decisions any longer. Only machines and figures decide. you are just a name on a paper. Also, Navy Fed does no longer counsel financially stressed people. It is outsourced.
