DO NOT BOTHER WITH A MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESS WITH NAVY FEDERAL! Google the issues with them and believe every word the families are stating. They will wait until ONE BUSINESS DAY before your loan closes and deny you based on information they could have requested 30 days prior. By then you will be left homeless and with your entire household packed up expected to be moving into your new home. Very appreciative of the manager Rebecca she was very friendly and helpful to my brother to help him resolve an issue with account and that’s all he keeps talking about. How awesome the manager is. I hope the tone she sets is followed by all the other staff
Always crowded, 2 outdoor ATM's and 1 is broken, need better customer service.
