While it’s frustrating having long lines and wait times, it’s the only branch in Southern California. That’s more on Navy Federal to add more locations but the staff here are always friendly and accommodating.
Went to the bank to make a cash withdrawal today to purchase a vehicle. Was told there is a $5k maximum withdrawal per day. Isn’t that what happened during the Great Depression? Let me have access to MY money. Don’t trust their website that states you should go to the local branch to make large withdrawals, they won’t let you!
