Our CEO was racially profiled in North Charleston after going there to get tow cashier checks for business she drove two hours to handle. The teller questioned her about the amount of money several times and made her take her mask off. The teller then proceeded to type and the account ended up negative. The member service representatives didn't seem knowledgeable at all. There was hestation in each response to my questions which made me feel uncomfortable in handling other account business. I rode to a different branch.

I have been a member for 21 years and I was so disappointed with the service received today from Karen G Arazana. On March 13, 2020 I have requested a notary service with no issues. Today, June 12, 2020 Karen denied me service as my name has changed. I have copy of marriage certificate as proof of name changed not including name in the NFCU system showed I am who I said I am. I have driver license and military ID-still refused me the service. Horrible way to treat your customer! So disappointed!
