Waited in line for over 45 minutes with at LEAST 8 more cars behind me still and they closed the lines with a ton of cars in line still. On the 1st of the month with a hurricane on its way. Wasn’t able to deposit checks. Way to go Navy Fed. The customer isn’t as important as the employees rushing out of the building.
I have been a member for almost a decade and always loved their service and great rates. It has definitely declined significantly in both areas. Moving my banking.
