RecommendedI went to the Fountain branch of Navy Federal to become a member so i could roll over an existing IRA CD to their organization. It took all of 15 minutes to enroll me, give me answers to CD rates and types available. I told them I'd be back the next day to roll my maturing IRA CD to my membership account. Went back the next day, was treated very courteously and professionally, and got my transfer done in about 20 minutes. Navy Federal needs to have more branches open on Saturday. People waiting in line outside in the heat because this is the only open in the area open. The staff are doing the best they can but they are overwhelmed, they all deserve bonuses for this kind of work environment.
