Navy Fed customer service is excellent. I can always get my issue resolved. The reps are extremely pleasant as well as helpful.
Because I came there twice doing my hr lunch in which is 8 mins away from the job. I waited for 40 min twice and couldn’t been seen because I had to leave. I didn’t get called within the 40 minutes.

My son's debit card was stolen, we notified the Credit Union and asked to put a stop on it. The crooks emptied out his checking and savings. We had to put in a claim and were asked if any of the transactions were his- No, not since the day of the notification of the theft. The NFCU refunded some of the lost money, now THAT has been stolen from the account! How does that happen when the old card should have been deactivated? Excellent service
I recommend that every able person joins the Naval credit union for all there banking and financing needs. Especially for savings and auto loans. NFCU dont take advantage of there members like other finance companies
