Horrible customer service. Went to branch apr2025 and the lack of interest and lack of care - never kept track of NavFed experiences but this one ranks up there with poor performance- Being right outside of base and you get that type of service is so sad- branch leadership needs to be revamped and someone should do an assessment on what’s going on at the Millington branch. The past few months have been difficult I have worked very hard at trying to improving my credit score. I make sure that I pay on time and getting bills paid off. I am getting that accomplished. The few months have been hard.. My credit score has dropped 25 points. It is affecting my Fico score. I think the new financial is something else. I have been a customer for about10 plus years I will probably have to move my account because of these drops.
