Provide better customer service and put your local phone numbers out so someone can call locally not to some call center... This is a great Way to not be accountable for anything .....or PORVIDE SERVICE....
So far it's been great, absolutely no problems at all and everyone has been helpful and friendly.
Chose to use Navy Federal for my oldest daughter because of its Military connection. I'm retired Army and thought this would be a great bank even though they do not have a lot of locations. My daughter recently purchased a new phone and tried to download the banks APP. She was unable to get into her account and called the bank.
