After being a member for over 45 years I find this branch not very friendly. Customer service is cold and poor. Long line waits for service while tellers are day dreaming between customers. When you ask to speak to manager, that person is never in or busy. I have never seen anyone in the manager office since it opened. the place has a cold atmosphere. Go to the Bremerton branch where everyone is friendly and you can always talk to the manager of assistant any time, no excuses. Silverdale wake up and act friendly.
