Tried to use the app last Friday to deposit a check without success because it couldn't recognize numbers on the check. Decided to deposit it through their ATM. Now I can't buy groceries until Wednesday.
"Oh, you don't have any money in your account? We're gonna have to charge you 5 more dollars because you don't have any money, so now you're in the negative." How the fuck does that work? Tell me, Navy Fed, how that makes ANY kind of sense...fuckwits.

Unprofessional, inconvenient and disorganized. Those are the words I would use to describe this Credit Union. Who does a system upgrade on a Monday payday preventing their members from being capable of accessing their accounts rather than on a Sunday or Saturday midnight? This Credit union does, that's who. I have called and teller's keep informing me that it is unscheduled maintainence. Unscheduled? At a financial institution?
