Evonn Hicks a SUPERVISOR at the call center is an admitted drug user which in my opinion makes the whole institution questionable. What a slap in the face to the military personnel who bank here and who are subject to such a strict code of conduct.
I love Navy Federal but I'd prefer not to wait in a line that goes all the way out the front door. Definitely need a bigger branch in Winchester.
