Corrupt thieving bank. I took out a debt consolidation loan and was lied to about the terms and conditions. I took a loan out that I can never pay on the principle. any extra money I pay towards the Loan is back logged towards the next months payment so the bank can charge full term interest on the payment. Great Customer service when I call always try to help you, the only thing I would like to see is a ATM machine here I live in small town and would have to travel 2 or 3 hours to find a bank
This company are thieves! I put 1000 dollars in the atm and the atm shutdown in the middle of the transaction and never spit my money back out or went in to my account. I was told the money would be credited to my account today but nothing then i get a message saying 10 days! Now I have no money until these crooks refund my money to my account. Customer service was no help at all. I have 2 kids to support and they hold my money for 10 days thats not okay at all! They have no right to steal others money and hold it for 10 day... read more
I actually really like this branch any time i go in i have no issues and staff are friendly. As a bank as a hole id have to rate a 4 as iv had a few hiccups
We went to mesa ridge pkwy the assistant manager was the one who assisted us. We went there trying to get info on loans and stuff. She wasn't helpful at all. She told us no for everything without explaining . She didn't find us options! I will never go back or recommend it ! Total deception
