Need to unleash DODGE on this place! Went in to simply purchase some windshield wash. 4 people working. There was one customer besides me. One employee was working with a women on what sounded like a complex maintenance issue. Another was sitting behind the counter shuffling papers. Then there were two employees standing in an aisle chatting with each other. When I asked if one could ring me up, they said no - you have to wait for an open register. Great customer service, free car safeties and great pricing on parts.
Awful service refused to change my spark plugs because my car hadn't hit the required mileage, and I didn't have the dealer diagnostic that had recommended the service. Low IQ workforce.
Incredibly overpriced for offering very few services, most of which are simple DIY. They supposedly offer free Safety Inspection, but that is false information. You're better off going anywhere else on island. This autoshop is not here for the benefit of U.S. Service Members.
