Excellent caring staff front to back. The veterinarians take time to do thorough exams, explain what's going, and allow you to make informed decisions. The vet techs and other staff are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The grooming services are excellent, and the boarding facilities are great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
If you want the best care possible for your pet, this is the place to come. My dog has a rare chronic illness that requires prescription food, frequent monitoring, and multiple medications. Dr. Faron and the rest of the staff have been exceptionally knowledgable, kind, patient, professional, and accessable! My dog has rapidly improved under Dr. Faron's care. I can’t thank the staff at NBAH enough for what they’ve done for Lucy. I’m fairly certain they literally saved her life all without pushing me or making me feel stressed to do a single thing. They’re honest and kind and caring and so very helpful. You get way more than you pay for and you won’t regret it.
I’ve taken all of our pets here for years. The staff is awesome and they’re all wonderful with the our dogs. Dr. Armani and his staff were especially caring and kind when we had to put our then eldest Boston Terrier, Pugsly, down a couple of years ago. We were allowed to stay with our beloved pet during the process, and as long as we wanted to afterwards. No one rushed us.
