Your security guy just told a pal of mine to fuck off after she mad reservations and was told they were not honored and it would now be a 45 minute wait. You guys suck and i will tell everyone i know.

The view and food are excellent. The service is something to be desired.
Had 6:00 reservations for 2. No wait. Great table. Waitress was very nice, there was no rush to turn over the table. It was a nice relaxing meal with the best views!
The staff was very rude. The waitress walked away while we ordered our entrees to later find out she put the kids order in first and then come back to take the adult orders. The problem was my three kids finished their meals and we never received ours. We ended asking for the check and never having dinner. Terrible service!!! Expensive for the quality too.
