It seems like they respond to negative reviews faster than any of these agents get back to you when you need something. I am a commercial customer and any other insurance agency gets back to us within the day
They do not return calls/messages and when questioned on the fact they get defensive rather than apologize. I have called and left many messages to speak with my agent Carol recently and months prior.. nothing back. After almost 2 years of my business I will be going somewhere else. The lack of follow through and customer care is unsatisfactory.
