let me start by saying I have lived in alot of apartments in my lifetime and this has been one of worst experience ever Need . Better mantience crew and dont follow up with work orders and today had my bike stolen off my patio . ....
The manager is very unprofessional and I have personally had maintenance shout at me in my apartment about me not knowing how to fix my heater. I will leave it at that so no charges are pressed against us for complaining online!
The newest management is 2 ladies who do not care about their residents. A resident from apt 12** left a note on their door stating that she hadn't had A/C in 10 days. Residents are having issues with their toilets and no one is moving a muscle to help. Who owns this property? Who pays the staff??
RecommendedThe apartments are lovely, the renovation superb, my neighbors are friendly, I feel safe here, and the management is professional & helpful. I moved in 1 yr. ago and I'm happy here!
