Garbage, Insurance Company. Nothing but excuses about everything while their employees treat you like crap. Fully expect it to take a week or more to get a prior authorization approved
The company is a complete train wreck with management just sort of "playing business" while not listening to anyone that knows better than them. Lower level employees all hate it there and turnover rates are astronomical. Just another scummy company trying to make way too much money with way too little going to solving their problems or hiring anyone good.
