Great to work with. They picked up our items when they said they would. Gave me a estimate and stuck to it. Packed our items like they were precious cargo, and shipped them out in a very timely manor. Very impressed !

Buyer beware. I used this company to ship a piece of artwork across the United States and had no issues. When we were relocating out of the United States and I had a small shipment of assorted items that didn’t make it in our container, I thought I would again use them as the previous experience was great. That couldn’t have been farther from the truth. Without getting into too many details, I ended up paying additional fees at import because of Andy’s lack of attention to the shipping paperwork. Navis Pack and Ship did an outstanding job of managing all aspects of shipping eleven pieces of art from Naples to Canada for us. They picked up the items, packed them, shipped them, and managed all the customs requirements. Throughout they answered all our questions and kept us fully informed. We needed artwork to be shipped up north and to Europe. It ain’t cheap, but the way it’s done by this company, it’s worth it. Andy does a great job organizing and staying in contact with his customers. The packing and shipping is professionally done. We dealt the first time with Navis and we were not disappointed. It worked out great.
