Do not use Navis Pack and Ship at 1630 W. Evans in Englewood, Colorado. Our cherished family heirlooms were never documented, then they forgot about them, then the shipping got delayed, then all our stuff was lost and we had to coordinate another shipping company to fix their mistake and finally, the contents were damaged upon delivery. We had a terrible experience, not with the company, but with the owner Keith Navis. He is unprofessional, inept, unresponsive, incompetent and has no integrity. Handled my car engine receiving via freight, then delivered to residential and the process was painless. Easy to get a hold of on the phone and coordinate drop-off time and location and nothing was damaged. Competitive price at 250 (cheaper than liftgate freight straight to my house from supplier)

They always do a great job of packing very fragile equipment.
