Prompt and Helpful Service – I shipped two items of furniture to my daughter in San Francisco. They were not large enough for Suddath Moving Company to handle, so they referred us to Navis. We received prompt and helpful service from the Bonds at Navis, especially with assisting us to decide how many items to ship, and cheerfully and quickly running a number of different estimates for us. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SVC AFTER MY PACKAGE WAS DESTROYED – I paid $159. for shipping and handling a shadow box collage I made...not much money to some, but this was a special gift for someone supporting my mom and I through our times of financial distress.
