Navis Pack & Ship has been incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable & derail oriented. From start to finish I was treated with the utmost kindness. Everytime I called Brett answered & immediately said my name with the most genuine hello. The 2 guys who came to palliative my boxes were fun & incredibly efficient. I initially reached out to Navis Pack & Ship to arrange crating, pickup, and delivery of a 13-foot Chevrolet sign. While there was a hiccup with crating, the team was still able to arrange pickup and transport of my items on time, which was critical for an upcoming auction. I especially respect that the company acknowledged the earlier communication issues and made a genuine effort to right the situation. NAVIS WAS PHENOMENAL! Pricing was fair, several options wee provided, and the staff was such a pleasure to work with. Antique China and Crystal made it from Glendale AZ to Alameda CA within 2 weeks and every single piece was intact! Delivery was professional and efficient. Thank you Navis.
