Fantastic job from Brett and the team! I needed them to pick up my computer and peripherals from my old house in Tempe and ship everything to my current location. They went out of their way to coordinate a pickup with my old flatmate and did an outstanding job with the packaging. If you are looking for exceptional courtesy, professional service, and fast shipping at a reasonable price; then Navis Pack & Ship is the correct choice! We needed help fast to get very large piece of artwork to London quickly. I telephoned and spoke to Brett. He answered all our questions promptly. He went above and beyond at the last minute. The piece arrived perfectly days before the deadline . I highly recommend Navis Pack & Ship!!!!
Navis Pack & Ship of Phoenix made a challenging international move very easy. We can not thank them enough for their promptness, professionalism and understanding during the process.
They took weeks to pack my goods and knew the destination I requested. Once packed it was sent to a shipping company in Palm Desert and found out my shipment could not go to the original destination. Now on the water, I am on my own after paying an outrageous amount to try and get my shipment to the agreed upon destination. In my opinion and current experience caviat emptor. Beware of this company.
