There was really no down side to this experience using Navis. I had a specialized walking aid medical device available only in the USA to ship to Austria. It was such a hassle with other shippers-- they wouldn't handle it because I was private party. I concluded I would never take on a project like this on again. Navis helped navigate the necessary requirements to obtain an EIN from the IRS because of its value by providing the instructions to do that. Great service, Brett Rushton went out of his way to ensure our outdoor kitchen piece arrived in perfect condition. Navis Pack & Ship has been incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable & derail oriented. From start to finish I was treated with the utmost kindness. Everytime I called Brett answered & immediately said my name with the most genuine hello. The 2 guys who came to palliative my boxes were fun & incredibly efficient. I initially reached out to Navis Pack & Ship to arrange crating, pickup, and delivery of a 13-foot Chevrolet sign. While there was a hiccup with crating, the team was still able to arrange pickup and transport of my items on time, which was critical for an upcoming auction.
