Melissa, Thanks so much for your help and follow ups. We won't be shipping it and may try to do it ourselves with team work, costing us hopefully less than $100 (truck rental). The piano is from 1950, in not that great shape and worth only $300-400 so shipping for $800 isn't practical. So sorry it took me so long to reply - way too much going on around here. It was received here in good condition yesterday afternoon, 12/17/2010, and all is well.
