This Lakeland team at Navis Pack & Ship did a great job of packaging some important things from a family member's house and shipping them 5 states away to us. All levels of this company gave us excellent service. Thank you!

I had a delivery at this address today Friday 9/20. It’s located in a residential area with some pretty tight turns. The entrance is really tight off of 2nd Street. I couldn’t get in the gate on the first attempt. I had to back out and get close to the houses on the right side of the street and swing as wide as possible so that I didn’t pull down the gate. I had medical equipment packed and shipped across the country by Navis. When it arrived, it was totally destroyed. Crushed. It had obviously been in a major accident. The driver was rude to the point that if we didn’t accept it immediately he would return it. Had I known his incentive to leave so quickly I would not have accepted the shipment. I did have insurance (purchased from Navis), but now they are not responding to any requests I forward to them. I have a very bad feeling that they never insured my delivery and just t... read more

Would you like to have your furniture shattered? Broken? Ruined? Are you interested in buying an insurance policy that they typo the numbers on and then have the items devalued with a lesser payout? A typo THEY made, and one that makes the policy faulty and not genuine? Then boy howdy, get yourself to Navis Pack and Ship in Lakeland! Do yourself a favor though, and call the florida department of insurance before you buy an insurance policy from any business. This is just general good advice.

My package was lost back in August and trying to get my money back or help hasn't been that good. I've been trying to get in touch with them and not been helpful.
