Upsetting experience that has lingered on as a pending issue for almost 5 months! Delivery of furniture that resulted in damaged furniture pieces, damaged door, & drywall damage. The staff was honest and forthcoming about the incident in the moment. They apologized and directed me to inform the company. Request for resolution went on for weeks and I was denied a fair result because I did not fill out the company form properly.
