Outstanding service! Contracted NAVIS to band and wrap a pallet for our customer. Shawn from NAVIS showed up and quickly made sure everything was nicely secured to the pallet ensuring the product gets to its destination without damage. Navis Pack & Ship just shipped an delicate and expensive bookcase from Idaho to Texas for me. It arrived on time un damaged and was placed in the house of my sister-in-law. I am so appreciative of the professional manner in which they packaged, shipped and delivered this piece of beautiful furniture.

I was having issues with a package so I called Navis and the customer service was out of this world! I got connected with Conrad who spent most of his day helping me with my problem. He did more in one day then the sender did in 3. He helped till the very end, even talked to the sender too.
