I am a regular customer at the Navila Aesthetic Lounge. This is a unique boutique spa that is decorated exquisitely. Clients immediately feel welcome to the warm and friendly environment. Special teas and sweets are served to guests. I look forward to my monthly facials with Karen the esthetician. Karen is professional in every way. I recently got my eyebrows tattooed here. After tattooing, one eyebrow is short and thick, like a boy's eyebrow, and what’s worse, it is also tattooed to a high position that should not be growing eyebrows - the forehead; The other eyebrow is thin and long, tattooed even on the temple where was supposed no eyebrows growing. Both eyebrows are severely asymmetrical, which makes me look like a freak. This place is awesome. All the girls that work there are so nice and friendly. Kristine did my botox injections and made me feel super comfortable the entire time as it was my very first time getting it done and I was a little nervous. Kristine does a wonderful job explaining everything. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to make themselves feel a little prettier and confident about there appearance. I will definately be going back!!
