I have used this company in the past and present. Great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Joel for all your home inspections, rest at ease he will find the items that need addressed.
Joel was the best. Through his meticulous inspection, he identified many things that needed to be dealt with on our new build, even though the home was brand new. The builder fixed them based on Joel’s recommendations and now we don’t have to worry. His approach was so thorough and it gave us so much confidence. His customer service was remarkable, his follow up and service after the job was done was beyond what most businessmen would do these days. I appreciate him and would strongly recommend him.
I've used Navigations Home Inspection twice thus far and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Joel Duneske has been very professional, thorough, and by far the best home inspector I have employed in 5 home purchases spanning 30+ years. I wish I had had his caliber of service in the first three home inspections! I may never purchase another home, but if I did, I'd look to Navigations Home Inspection. Highly recommended!

Thorough, detailed, competent, cost effective, Highly recommended. Joel performed a very thorough inspection and was very clear as to the issues the property had. He answered all questions and gave us an in-depth explanation as to why the issues occurred and how to cost efficiently fix them.
