The Inspector did an overly thorough review of house. Sighting some things that needed addressing, and many made up issues that were easily taken care of with a vacuum or a rag. Other things included speculation of what is happening with advice on how to fix it, calling for the wrong things to be fixed possibly ending up in costly visits with no results to the actual problem. Joel was the best. Through his meticulous inspection, he identified many things that needed to be dealt with on our new build, even though the home was brand new. The builder fixed them based on Joel’s recommendations and now we don’t have to worry. His approach was so thorough and it gave us so much confidence. His customer service was remarkable, his follow up and service after the job was done was beyond what most businessmen would do these days. I appreciate him and would strongly recommend him.
I've used Navigations Home Inspection twice thus far and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Joel Duneske has been very professional, thorough, and by far the best home inspector I have employed in 5 home purchases spanning 30+ years. I wish I had had his caliber of service in the first three home inspections! I may never purchase another home, but if I did, I'd look to Navigations Home Inspection. Highly recommended!
