UPDATE 3/18/25: This company is bullshit. I have not been able to shower or do dishes etc because the water heater needs to be replaced. I am so irritated and frustrated and extremely regretful of signing a lease with Navigate! If I could give them less than 1 star I would! Nothing about this move has went right, everything has been bad. They still choose to communicate via text which is so unprofessional & questionable on their behalf! I have had such a wonderful experience with Navigate that I had to apply for another property with them. This will be my second property with them. They are super helpful and properties are always clean and managed appropriately. I would recommend them to everyone!
UPDATE: After speaking with Judy I feel much better about leasing with this company. Although I still don’t agree with the RBP, she did reach out to address my other concerns and get those things squared away! I have had previous move in issues with other rental companies and was nervous this one be yet another situation like the past. Again, I look forward to a happy move in and lease renewal in another 12 months! I appreciate the fast reach out as well. Google reviews do catch attention!! :-)
These people were fantastic. I was trying to rent my moms old house and they helped me with plumbing problems while I was out of town. Later, when it became clear that I needed to sell instead, they helped me find a great realtor. Every one involved was kind and compassionate to me.
Great place, they take care of their tenants and go above and beyond!
