They helped me so much through my 3rd and 4th trimester! They provided more guidance and knowledge than my OBGYN did. I highly recommend if you are pregnant. They are webster certified and know how to work on pregnant women. I am convinced that my labor and delivery went as smooth and quickly as it did because of the adjustments I received at Navigate Health & Wellness.
