Applied for an unsecured loan. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, had my approval in less than 24 hours. Pleasantly pleased.
Chris did an excellent job servicing us with new accounts. Very courteous and friendly.
Chris was super helpful when my husband and I opened new accounts. We moved to Warwick from Massachusetts and were recommended Navigant. He was very nice and very knowledgeable and respectful
Poor service and the tellers often thought I was stealing my own money. Did have some fraud activity on the account and in that case was never contacted by the bank. Very difficult to use and I do not write this review lightly. Be wary of this branch in particular but in my 30+ years of banking I have not received such poor service and with this bank was the only time I felt my money was not secure.
It’s the best Branch. Customer service all so nice and knowledgeable. They have resolved every single problem or questions I had. They are very considerate with time and everything. Awesome job! God Bless You!
