Excellent customer service
My fiancé and I went to Navigant for a car loan, we had the pleasure of working with Taylor who made the process extremely easy. She was knowledgeable, communicative, and walked us through every step. All of the staff there made us feel welcome and even offered waters and snacks while we waited. We would definitely recommend Navigant to anyone looking for a great local bank!
The staff was pleasant, listened my questions and were able to assist with hands on demonstration to resolve my banking barriers on site. The staff also assisted with a follow up phone call communicating additional banking information.
