Very helpful, very professional service, as we’ve always had with Asst. Branch Manager Valerie Rutkiewicz. Once we’d finished our closing, she also took extra time to evaluate a problem we were having transferring funds online; after we left, she contacted IT and e-mailed us a complete set of instructions to solve the issue. We’re very happy with Valerie and Navigant!
Customer service is second to none. The tellers are knowledgeable and very helpful!
