Dr. Navi delivered both of my babies and both times I thought that he was great. He always responded when I called or emailed. It might not have been 20 minutes later but he did respond by that evening. I felt that he was very genuine and caring, and I never ever felt rushed. He addressed all of my concerns/issues. I highly recommend Dr Navi he is by far THE best - I had two highly critical c-sections and he saved my life and ensured the safety of our childrens lives..although sometimes difficult to understand Dr N is very thorough and knows his stuff - don't prejudge as you might miss out on a doc who is extremely competent and extremely caring - just trust him ..
Dr. Navi is by far the BEST doctor I've ever seen. The first time I was seen by him, I was going through a miscarriage at the hospital. He was a stranger to me at the time, but could not have been more sensitive to my situation. He treated me so gently, with so much respect and genuine care it made an otherwise horrible experience somewhat tolerable. I agree with the other commenter. We felt rushed every time we came for an appointment. This is our first baby, so naturally we have a lot of questions - always the same answer - no time. What am I paying for? No doubt, the doctor is good and well resprected, but he doesn't respect the time of his patients. The wait time is often long. I called him after hours to ask a question I thought was important given the blood clot in the uterus, and he just snapped an answer and hung up. I agree he was nice. But, I felt very rushed. I had health concerns that I wanted to discuss with him and he basically said we'll deal with them if they happen. I wanted to discuss precautions to avoid those issues, not deal with them when and if they occur. His staff knew full well that I wanted to sit down and talk with the doctor. I told the doctor myself once I saw him that I wanted to talk about these things. I was rushed through my appointment and dismissed. I will not be returning to him.
