ER was traumatic. Was there for 36 hours, no pillow, no blanket. No kind of comfort, just stark and cold, people included.
Brought a neighbor to hospital having a heart attack police officer at door very rude and was very unprofessional because metal detector went off due to keys in his pocket made him go back through the middle detector she got very hostile very unprofessional. Was treated like a criminal.
Terrible patient service. I called concerning a rash that broke out on my arm due to the sodium chloride IV. A nurse named April was rude and disrespectful because I was concerned if this rash was result of Atrium medical error. Do no recommend especially retired military and veterans
If I could give y’all No stars I would! Let me start from the beginning when you walk in the door the lady is at the front and asks you “what’s wrong wit you” and you have to tell the front counter lady what is wrong with you in front of the whole er! Then you go to the back the nurse man was really nice gave me a blanket! Because the lobby is freezing! Hospital experience was top notch! Billing is where the nightmare began. My insurance paid and I paid my patient responsibility but the billing department is going after me for balance billing even though they are an approved hospital with insurance. The billing department will not listen to you or work with you they just want the money. Very sad will not be going back to this hospital or paying them money that is not owed.
