Hospital experience was top notch! Billing is where the nightmare began. My insurance paid and I paid my patient responsibility but the billing department is going after me for balance billing even though they are an approved hospital with insurance. The billing department will not listen to you or work with you they just want the money. Very sad will not be going back to this hospital or paying them money that is not owed.
Nurse Nicole Banks was assisting my Uncle in ICU! I have to give credit where credit it is due… this nurse was patient, kind, & went above and beyond to help us!
Slowest hospital I ever been to
Nasty place, my Mom went there for years in network, she got breast cancer went there for surgery, all of a sudden she’s out of network, no warnings(because she has great insurance) they slapped her 70yr old with over $21k bill. BE WARNED ABOUT THIS INSTITUTION.
