Great service and wonderful staff
First of all this center should be rated 5 stars in my opinion. It was my first time there for a colonoscopy with Dr Ashley Jones. My appointment was at 7 30 am got by 645 am. I noticed the front desk were there and doing their job like it's not that early,I mean attentive work,friendly and informative. Didn't wait that long before a nurse called me took me upstairs and got me ready like a breeze, nice and thorough. My God Daughter just delivered with an Emergency Cesarian everything went well Thank God. She was 4lbs13oz There is so much changed with Labor and Delivery now! The Doctors were good and attentive to her needs but there was one particular Nurse who was really Mean! I will not say names only this…. Nurses used to be Caring Kind and Sympathetic to the needs of patients and I understand a bad day but should not be at the expense of a patient with staples and stitches in their belly or any other patient under their care! My child needed emergency surgery on his appendix. We were transferred from Tifton GA and the service was 5 HUGE stars! They took amazing care of him with medicine and around the clock care. Great people with great attitudes, from the front desk to the surgeon who performed the surgery, from the recovery nurse to making sure we understood the post-op instructions. I couldn’t ask for better care! Thank you for getting my son the best care!
