Navi title is next to Howe Realty .If we try to buy home from Howe realty they will force to use Navi title services. Navi title is very costly and they are not reachable most of the time. Next day after the closing is completed ,the previous home owner stolen the Barbeque island from the backyard and we had informed Navi title about this issue and they had not helped us. Our entire experience is very unpleasant and I will recommend not to use their services .
