Let me start by saying this: if there were an Olympic event for closing escrows at an absurd speed, Navi Title would be standing on the podium with a gold medal and a bottle of champagne. Terrible. After trying to close on our Arizona house with an online notary, we finally, after much frustration ended up going into their Gilbert office. When the mobile notary showed up to help us, I said, wow a lot has changed since the last time we sold property 2 months ago. I thought title companies had notaries on staff.
