Honestly one of the best experiences of my life they talked to me thru my pain which was what I needed. I wish we had nurses like this when my mom was out of surgery. Having a Navi nurses take care of my healthcare was one of the best experiences of my life. I was in an accident. I had some noticeable scars. I wanted someone to come and clean the wounds; be there for me. Navi over-delivered. They showed up, helped; listened! It was so nice to have someone come to my place and help out. They were able to assess the situation well. I highly recommend if you are thinking of booking them for you or someone, go for it.
I was so delighted with my nurse Daniela. She was so kind and caring! She gave my family confidence that I was good to stay alone while they were out. What a relief. I told them I was ok but Daniela’s assessment sealed the deal!
I have been a nurse in the valley for 17 years and used to recommend this company all the time to patients. The Company, patient care standards, and staff are not the same. I Would not recommend!
