very bad, he was 15 minutes late then when I was supposed to get my injectio he couldnt do it because HE didnt tell me NOT to take my blood thinner so I lost a day of work and drove 45 minutes to be told no injection
He was awesome! He helped cure me. I love him!
Office staff is HORRIBLE. Recd a final notice for a bill they NEVER sent out. Charged Multiple Diagnosis fee's for one and only one issue. Natalie would NOT email me an explanation of the money they were billing me. Also Dr saw me for a follow up, did not examine me, talked for 3 minutes and of course charged for a full office visit.
I highly recommed Dr Tipirneni if you need assist to deal with pain issues.
In all my 50+ years of experiences with various doctors in the Chicagoland area, Dr. Naveen Tipirneni is by far the most unprofessional and incompetent doctor in his field. He is NOT qualified to administer pain management for back/spine problems. He left me helpless and unemployed due to NOT returning phone calls. My pending MRI was never addressed. I was recently referred to Dr. Tipirneni for a herniated disc with sciatic pain. He displayed the utmost professionalism I've ever experienced with a Dr. He showed compassion and seemed to take the time to explain my condition and options. I'm for ever grateful to him, and would highly recommend him for pain management.
Referred by a neighbor for new pain down my leg. Had spine surgery just a couple of years ago for same issue so was pretty upset it all came back. Few visits and couple of shots and the pain is nearly gone. Great to be up moving around. If I knew him before my surgery I probably wouldn't have been able to avoid it in the first place. Definitely would recommend. Listens well, explains his thought process on treatment, and has a good pair of hands with a needle.... can't ask for much more.
Each time I have a new problem he seems to know what to do. He listens and orders whatever tests I need. Comes back with a great plan. Had several injections leaving me feeling better each time. Great to know I have a pain doc if/ when I need it!
Very poor with customer relationships! If an issue arises after he has done a procedure on you, and you are having complications the next day, you call the office and he doesn’t return calls nor he has a nurse call to find what the issue is all about! Very unprofessional!
